Based on your input, we define the profile: responsibilities, working hours, language requirements, reporting line, and any specific skills you are looking for. This is the brief we search against.

We search and propose candidates

We search specifically for your profile from our talent network. We present candidates with a short profile. You meet them in a brief intro call and decide. Nothing moves forward without your approval.

Simple agreement and start date

A clear contract. One flat monthly fee. We handle employment, payroll, and compliance on our side. You receive a single invoice each month.

You onboard them into your team

Your new colleague joins your systems, your meetings, your daily workflows. You train them on your specific processes — just as you would with any new hire. Your Swiss Oakridge contact is available throughout.
